• Cancellation Notice: Members must cancel their class bookings at least 48 hours before the scheduled class time to be eligible for a refund or to avoid being charged.

• Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, as well as instances of non-attendance without prior cancellation, will result in the member being charged the full class fee.
